Returns Policy

At present, we ship to the UK, Europe and selected worldwide countries only. Please contact us for shipping to your country, as we are constantly looking to improve our service.


Upon delivery, any package which is clearly damaged or wet, must NOT be accepted and you should contact us at once to advise us of the damaged attempted delivery via email.

Any other damages discovered after opening an undamaged delivery package must be notified to us immediately after delivery (within 24 hours) in order for a return/refund process to take place. Photographic evidence must be provided of damage to as soon as possible.

Please note that packages will not be handed over to anyone under the age of 18.
