Sanaig is rocky inlet just north of the distillery and is the name given to our predominantly sherry cask influenced core expression, a vatting of 70% oloroso sherry casks and 30% bourbon barrels. A beautiful marriage of bourbon and sherry maturation balanced with classic Islay peat smoke and light citrus sweetness. 50 parts per million
