Douglas Laing’s “Old Particular” is a particularly unique series of individually hand-selected aged Single Cask Malts’ and Single Cask Single Grains from all over Scotland. This expression from the Ardmore distillery was distilled in 1997 and bottled after 21 long years spent maturing in a Refill Hogshead. It is one of only 295 bottles produced.
The Old Particular Series shows off hand-selected single cask bottlings from all over Scotland the way the distiller intended – no additional colouring, no chill-filtration and at a high ABV.
