General shipping information
Currently, we ship to the UK, Europe and some Worldwide countries only. Please read the information below carefully.
United Kingdom Standard Shipping - Costs only £4.95 for up to 30kg, we use Parcelforce 24.
Order up to 12 standard bottles (without wooden or special cases) for one great flat rate!
Orders received before 3:30pm are usually picked up the same day for delivery the next working day (Mon-Fri) excluding bank holidays, so within the UK you can usually expect delivery the next working day after placing your order. We can also deliver to work addresses to ensure that packages will be signed for. Please check with us if your shipment is urgent- Saturday delivery is available with an additional fee, please email first.
We can also delay delivery for a chosen date (for example for a birthday delivery). Use the order notes box when checking out your order to let us know of any requests, and we'll take care of it.

We use FedEx for fast and reliable worldwide shipping.
Tolls, taxes, and other fees not indicated in the total price will likely apply to international shipments. All international orders shipped by us may be subject to additional customs fees such as processing and brokerage fees, taxes or duties. We know this is a pain, but we have absolutely no control over these extra charges. We also have no idea what the customs fees and procedures are in your particular country so please do contact your local customs office for complete details.
Packages will be collected from our premises and delivered to you by FedEx. Some countries have strict restrictions on the ABV% we can send, if we are unable to ship to you we will advise you as soon as possible and refund you. Any and all shipping costs charged by Spirits By Post do not reflect any processing and brokerage fees, taxes or duties. If you are charged extra customs fees when you get your order, you must pay them. If you do not pay customs fees on your international order, it will be returned to us, with the risk of not having your order fully refunded by us to cover costs incurred.
Unfortunately, international orders may be delayed while being processed by customs. If your order is running late, please call your local customs office first. They may hold your order until you pay the appropriate customs fees. Also, don't be alarmed if your local customs office sends you an invoice for incurred customs fees separately from your order. In some cases, an invoice may be sent to you several weeks after you receive your order.

SPECIAL BOTTLINGS/RARE STOCK
All goods are in stock unless stated otherwise and UK delivery takes around 1-2 days (not including public holidays). If you provide a mobile phone number we can send tracking details to your phone.
Some special bottlings may be delivered in person by a member of the team due to the rare and expensive nature of the items!
Please ensure someone over the age of 18 is available to sign for the package upon delivery.
You may be asked to pay a courier supplement if you have ordered more than one bottle for your country. Delivery of alcohol may be limited/restricted in some countires/areas and is not always possible, in which case you will be refunded in full. For BACS/Bank Transfers (both European & International)
Please ensure you provide a correct email address. An invoice in £GBP will be emailed to you for paying via BACS/bank transfer. As soon as the funds are clear and verified as being correct, we will contact you with a delivery date.
- Local Pickup
You can pick up your order directly from our Kirkcaldy (KY1 postcode) warehouse after paying online, which will be available to collect the next day (we operate 7 days a week, 352 days a year).
Please note that spirits which are special/limited edition bottlings may take up to 2 days before they are ready for collection.
Please bring a copy of your receipt and proof of age with you when you come to collect.
